Clone of Program Information 2016

DUE: Mon 30 May

We will be producing program booklets for free distribution before the festival opens. In order to make this work, we will need your program details quite early on.
This includes: play title, writer credit, director credit, company name (if applicable to ITCs), cast list, and a short 2-sentence blurb (max 50 words). We may have some or all of these details already, but this is your chance to re-word how they appear in the program and in other publicity materials.

Only if applicable, generally for ITCs and some cabaret acts.
Leave blank if not applicable.
Leave blank if not applicable.
Please use this field if you have any extra creative credits (ie. choreographer) to add, or if you wish to use an alternative credit to those above (ie. devised by). Please include full names. You may use this space for more than one credit.
Please list the full names of your performers. You do not need to include the parts that they are playing.
Please write a short blurb to represent your work. If you are directing a script, you do not need to use the synopsis from the script catalogue. Your blurb should not include any spoilers. It should fit with your specific vision for the production. Max. 50 words.

Clone of Tech Requirements Form 2016

This form is to help us coordinate resources so that we can best support the requirements of your work. Please answer all of the questions to the best of your knowledge BEFORE your production meeting. We will then discuss anything that needs more detail as a part of the meeting.

Please write a brief description of your required lighting states. You do not need to know specifics - it is often a good idea to describe the mood or effect you're trying to achieve, rather than describing what lights should be used.
Please write a brief description of the music and/or sound effects that you will be providing for use in your production.
Intended for cabaret only. Only applicable for theatre in special circumstances. Please describe any microphones you require and how you intend to use them. Please be as specific as possible regarding placement and use.
Please describe any instruments that you will be bringing into the space, or any instruments that you require from us (ie. a piano).
Please list any items of furniture you intend to use. Please also note whether you will be providing the item or whether it is a request for us to supply (some shared pieces may be available, depending on requests).
Please list all major props you will be using.
Please briefly describe what happens on stage during your performance. In particular, please note any activity that may incur risks or special attention.
Is there anything else we should know about? For example, use of AV projection (only available in some venues), audience participation, likelihood of a big mess... etc.
OPTIONAL. If you have it ready, you are encouraged to upload a digital prompt copy script. For details on how to prepare this, see the link in above description. Max. 4MB. Accepts DOC, DOCX formats.
Files must be less than 6 MB.
