Short + Sweet Cape Town 2025 will bring about a revitalized and bold festival will feature 7 weeks of original bite-sized plays, each no longer than ten-minutes!

Open call for application  01 - 19 April 2025 

After applying to showcase in our festival all applicants will be contacted for more information to secure a slot on the audition week. Please stay informed by checkiing the updates on this page website or contact the festival director. 

Each week our audience and industry judges will vote for their favourite plays that will advance to our semi finals, and our end of season Gala Finals, featuring twelve of the best plays of our festival.
