The World's Biggest Little Festival returns to Manila with both our THEATER and FILM festivals!

This year's Manila festival will feature the best of Manila and Filipino filmmakers alongside entries submitted from around the world. Our Gala Finals will also feature the winning films from our inaugural Short+Sweet Cebu Film Festival and our partner festival, Short+Sweet Illawarra (Australia).

Entry is free for all Filipino Films. If you are an international film and unable to make payment for, or cannot afford the submission fee. You can apply for a fee waiver code. Click here to apply for a fee waiver. Please note, each festival has limited fee waiver codes allocated.
